To offer you a fast, reliable and affordable delivery service we choose from a range of delivery providers.  Easily select at checkout the service that suits your requirements and for an easy shopping experience, you may store several delivery address once your account is opened.

With the KeeDiet quick dispatch service, it is imperative that you check your delivery address and contact details are entered correctly. When ordering please provide an email address and contact telephone number (mobile is preferred).  We never pass your details to any third party advertising agencies and the information you provide is for contact, courier tracking and delivery service only

Our last regular dispatch date before Christmas is Friday 20th December 2024, we are expecting small disruptions & delays throughout the festive period, with our regular service to resume as normal on the 2nd January 2025.

  • If DPD is selected by our logistic team, DPD 'Predict' service provides one attempt of delivery to the postal address.  If unable to deliver your parcel is transferred same day to the closest DPD Pickup Stores

  • Couriers have updated their delivery service. The buyer is now held responsible if a parcel is requested to be left or delivered to a shared access location without a signature (Examples provided by the courier are a nominated safe place, doorsteps, delivered to a shared area, such as business address, post room, flat corridors etc).  Please note when selecting your delivery. We are unable to claim on your behalf for any loss, damage or theft to your order/parcel if you have requested it to be left without a signature and therefore we will be unable to provide a refund for loss/damage/theft.
  • If unsure you will be available to sign for your parcel, we recommend you use the Click & Collect from the couriers tracking message.  You can also find collection stores and outlets online and provide an alternative safe delivery address.
  • Most Couriers will now only attempt one delivery at the address provided on your order.  If unable to gain a signature, the courier will transfer your parcel (DPD service - same day / Express/Standard service may take longer) to the nearest 'Pick up Store' for you to collect.  You will be provided with the collection information direct to the contact details you have provided.  The parcel will be held for approximately 5 days and you will need the couriers code and proof of identification to collect your parcel.
