However, if you still prefer lower calories, less sugars or less carbohydrates you can still mix our shakes and products with water for a fortified meal, as each provides 20+ essential vitamins & minerals and approximately 25% RI of your daily nutritional requirement. Meal Replacement products are designed to provide an alternative nutritional balanced food source for safe weight loss. Carbohydrates are controlled and with an intake of less than 70g per day when using 4 products you will be forcing your body to attack stored fat for its energy supply and will hopefully enter a mild ketogenic phase.
Each Diet Shake has approximately 5g of free (added) natural sugars which is the equivalent of one teaspoon. Using 4 of our shakes a day (pre mixed / 20+ vitamins & minerals) when following a total food replacement diet you would consume 20g of free sugars daily, which is within the NHS guidelines of 30g of sugar daily for an adult. The rest of the sugars shown on our products come from the milk and whey protein. Sugar found naturally in milk, fruit or vegetables does not count as free sugars. However, they are included in the 'total sugar' figure shown on food labels and on our nutritional product tables.
If wishing to decrease your sugar intake you may wish to consider mixing our products with unsweetened milk or water. However, you should first check this with your Doctor. Sugars in milk are essential for health and lactose is considered a critical nutrient that provides energy, helps with digestion, and offers a range of health benefits.

The BDA, Association of UK Dietitians published a study recently and using this information our intention is to provide you with a possible guide to the weight loss you can expect. You can then choose the best KeeDiet plan for your weight loss journey, unfortunately a specific weight loss can never be guaranteed.
Using the BDA example we have used the hypothesis of an average woman who requires 2,000 calories each day, with a total weekly calorie intake equating to 14,000Kcal.
Following our Rapid Burn Plan the average woman would consume approximately 600 calories each day, providing a daily deficit of 1,400 calories and weekly intake of 4,200 calories.
Following the calculations provided by the BDA: 14,000Kcal v 4,200Kcal weekly calorie intake provides an overall weekly calorie shortfall of 9,800Kcal and provides an expected weight loss of 2.8lb each week (9,800 / 3,500 calories).
