There are no hidden costs, delivery is not included in products so you know exactly what you are paying for. Courier delivery charges are expensive and non-profitable for us. To try and keep delivery costs down for our clients we heavily subsidise costs and in some cases we even provide Free Delivery. Click here for more on Delivery Costs and information.
Depending on the courier, it may be possible to change the delivery address. DPD provide online tracking details and you can add notes to the driver to deliver your parcel to a new address in the area, possibly a neighbour.
Other than this delivery addresses can only be changed whilst we have the parcel in our possession and before your parcel is dispatched. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us via Support Ticket or email < a href="mailto:sales@thekeediet.co.uk">sales@thekeediet.co.uk and provide the new address.
Once your order has been dispatched we will try to accommodate your update but it is very difficult to change the address and new courier charges may apply.
If you have been provided with an Order Number, we have received your order. KeeDiet® strive to provide an excellent customer service for you. Our dedicated team are on hand to receive your order and ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible.
Customers can track their parcels through to dispatching via their Account History and can then track the courier online for immediate updates and delivery times. However, if at anytime you notice something that causes you concern (eg: parcel delayed or that your parcel hasn't moved) please contact us immediately at sales@thekeediet.co.uk or via our online Contact Form and we will begin an investigation with the courier.
Depending on the courier you have selected and your delivery area, postal times may differ, please see the Delivery Information Page for more guidance. Our offices are closed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays and we do not dispatch orders. We do offer limited email support and social networking support.

Yes, where possible we do offer FREE postage, generally attached to larger orders £100+.
We also heavily discount most delivery options and do not hide delivery costs in our product price. You purchase your products and purchase your delivery. We prefer our customers to know exactly what they are paying for.
A signature is required to confirm receipt. Generally the couriers will make 3 attempts to deliver your parcel if you are not at home. You may prefer to use the DPD Ship to Shop service and can collect your parcel from a local store instead.
It may be prudent to leave "Instructions" when confirming your delivery details with us and you may leave clear instructions where to leave the parcel, including with a neighbour, safe place, business address or secure porch, etc. just in case you may be out – Please keep the characters used to a minimum as we have limited space on your courier label to pass on your details.
The driver will take into consideration your request and will leave the parcel if they feel it is safe to do so. If such instructions are added to your order, this is done so at your own discretion and the courier or The KeeDiet® cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to your parcel.
