Mix sachet with 100ml of water/skim milk. (Add a little less for American styled pancakes)
Stir and allow to stand for 1-2 minutes
Add a little spray oil to a heated non-stick pan/waffle maker
Add mixture to pan - makes 2 to 3 pancakes
Cook mixture on both sides on high for about one minute until firm
Consume within ten minutes
