I have been a customer for a while now and have lost 8 stone!
Since I was a child I have struggled with my weight, when my marriage came to an end I began comfort eating , drinking and eating rubbish food.

Since I was a child I have struggled with my weight. When my marriage came to an end, I began comfort eating, drinking and eating rubbish food. It became apparent I needed something positive to focus on and would make a positive change to my life. After reading about different types of diets it seemed that a low carb diet that was rigid and easy to stick to would be something worth trying.

The 1st few days were difficult to stick to as your body converts from carbs to fat as an energy source. However, once you get into the groove its easy to follow. What can be difficult is a social life as alcohol is something you need to avoid. Typically I was invited to a number of beer festivals and other events during the diet, but I declined and considered the long term benefits to my health in losing weight.

Very quickly it became apparent that KeeDiet was effective at helping me lose weight quickly. The scales and my clothes could see the difference and within 6 months I dropped from being a 4XL down to an XL.

The best thing that has come out of this whole process is an increase in my confidence and feeling happy with myself. I've continued to use the diet products as a way of maintaining my weight loss and after going on a stag do to Ibiza recently i'm very aware of how easy it is to fall back into old habits and put the weight on again.

Q: What can you do now that you couldn't do before?

One of the biggest positives for me was being able to fit on the Harry Potter ride at Universal studios in Florida. Some years before I'd gone when I was at my biggest weight and had to step off the ride (after an hour of queuing) as the safety bar would not fit over my large frame. Very embarrassing!

Q: Did you exercise or increase movement to compliment your plan?

Yes, I started by getting off the train a stop early and walking the last couple of miles home. Once the weight began to drop off I then joined a gym and have started attending that three nights a week.

Q: What made you decide to loose weight?

I decided to lose weight due to my marriage coming to end and a need to focus on something positive that would make a big change to my lifestyle.

Q: What kept you motivated?

The scales are a great way to stay motivated, also the positive comments people make when you begin to lose weight.

Q: What is your next goal?

My next goal is to focus on my negative relationship with food and attend some counselling to ensure that I am able to maintain my weight loss forever.
